The Argentum Senior Living Community Leadership Award recognizes Executive Directors and Administrators for exemplary leadership in senior living community management. The Executive Director is responsible for proving overall leadership in the day-to-day operations of a senior living community and charged with maintaining staff, resident, and family engagement in addition to budget adherence and regulatory compliance. A recipient is recognized annually at the Argentum Senior Living Executive Conference.
