Thank you for your interest in nominating an emerging leader for the Fall 2024 Class of Argentum's Leadership Advancement & Development (LEAD) Program.
Your completed nomination form, along with a non-refundable application fee of $50 for each nominee, must be submitted by June 17, 2024. Once you have provided us with the nominee we will verify eligibility, please allow us up to a week to verify eligibility. At this stage, the nominated individual will then be asked to complete the program application online which will be reviewed. All parties (nominator and nominee) will be notified upon the individual’s acceptance into the program, no later than July 1. Your organization is limited to four nominees.
If your candidate is accepted for the LEAD program, your company will be billed for the annual tuition (rate for Argentum member companies: $3,495; rate for non-member companies: $3,995).
